Sub-Recipient Agreement from California Air Pollution Control Officers Association (CAPCOA) for District to receive Woodstove Grant Funds – ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2024-002-03 REQUESTING FUNDING FOR WOODSTOVE REPLACEMENT; AUTHORIZE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER (APCO) TO SIGN A SUB-RECIPIENT AGREEMENT WITH CAPCOA; AUTHORIZE THE APCO TO DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE FUNDS FROM THE WOODSMOKE REDUCTION PROGRAM.

California Air Resources Board (CARB) Assembly Bill 197 Grant Funds – ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2024-001-03 AUTHORIZING THE APCO TO SIGN AGREEMENT WITH CARB; AND AUTHORIZE THE APCO TO DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE AB 197 GRANT FUNDS.

Proposed Agreement with Anne L. Stalder Brett to provide up to $119,266 from Carl Moyer Program grant funds for the purchase of a new low-emitting backhoe – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 03-001-2024 WITH ANNE L. STALDER BRETT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW LOW-EMITTING BACKHOE.

Proposed Agreement with Charles Griffin II to provide up to $118,415 from Carl Moyer Program grant funds for the purchase of a new low-emitting backhoe – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 03-002-2024 WITH CHARLES GRIFFIN II FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW LOW-EMITTING BACKHOE.
