Re-Appointment of Hearing Board Member – REAPPOINT MR. BRETT MOSELY TO THE HEARING BOARD FOR A THREE-YEAR TERM ENDING JULY 31, 2027.

2024 DMV Grant Program Agreements – Eastern Kern Air Pollution Control District (District) Board approved funding for three DMV Grant Program road paving projects which total $100,000.00 in DMV Grant funds. APPROVE THE TWO 2024 DMV GRANT PROGRAM AGREEMENTS AND THE ONE STANDBY PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE AGREEMENTS.

Eastern Kern Air Pollution Control District Extension Request for Removal of the Emergency Affirmative Defense Provisions from Rule 201.1, Permits to Operate for Sources Subject to Title V of the Federal Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 (1990 FCAA)– AUTHORIZE APCO TO SIGN AND SUBMIT LETTER TO CARB.

Travel Request for Gary Ray, Jr. to Attend the National Ambient Air Monitoring Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana – Unusual travel request for Gary Ray, Jr., to attend the 2024 NAAMC in New Orleans, Louisiana, from August 11 through 16, 2024, at a cost not to exceed $3,000 – AUTHORIZE GARY RAY, JR., APCO, TO ATTEND THE NATIONAL AMBIENT AIR MONITORTING CONFERENCE IN NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA DURING THE WEEK OF AUGUST 11, 2024.

Zero Emissions Vehicle Rebate Program 2024 Guidelines – Update to vehicle voucher program, allows eligible applicants will receive a rebate of up to $4,000. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE APCO TO IMPLEMENT NEW GUIDELINES.

Use of Inter-District Emissions Offsets by CalPortland Cement Company –Board adopt Resolution No. 2024-001-07 requesting inter-district NOx offset transfer from CalPortland Oro Grande Facility to CalPortland Mojave facility. – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN RESOLUTION NO. 2024-001-07.
