4-CA)
Proposed Agreement with William D. Creighton, DBA. Creighton Farms to utilize Carl Moyer Program funds for tractor replacement – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 01-001-2023 WITH CREIGHTON FARMS.

5-CA)
Proposed Agreement with Tehachapi Unified School District to provide up to $110,000 from AB 1550 Community Air Protection (CAP) funding to replace a 2000 International Transit school bus – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 01-002-2023 WITH TEHACHAPI UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW SCHOOL BUS.

Proposed Addition of a regular full time Air Quality Specialist position – APPROVE THE ELIMINATION OF THE EXTRA HELP POSITION AND ADDING A REGULAR FULL TIME AIR QUALITY SPECIALIST POSITION TO THE DISTRICT STAFF.

Proposed Amendment to Agreement with Vortex Construction to add decomposed granite for dust control at the Mojave Air Monitoring site – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AMENDMENT NO. 01-005-2023a WITH VORTEX CONSTRUCTION.
