Reappointment of Hearing Board Member – REAPPOINT MR. CHRIS ELLIS AS MEMBER TO DISTRICT’S HEARING BOARD FOR A THREE-YEAR TERM, TO EXPIRE ON NOVEMBER 12, 2024.

4-CA)
Redirect remaining balance of Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Funding Agricultural Replacement Measures for Emission Reductions (FARMER) funds to the Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District (MDAQMD) – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER TO SIGN THE REDIRECTION MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH MDAQMD FOR THE REDIRECTION OF THE REMAINING BALANCE OF FY 18/19 FARMER PROGRAM FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $486,246.62, AND DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO ENSURE REDIRECTION OF THE FUNDS.

California Air Resources Board Carl Moyer Heavy Duty Engine Program Year 24 – ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2021-001-11 REQUESTING $696,998 IN CARL MOYER PROGRAM YEAR 23 FUNDS; AUTHORIZE THE APCO TO SIGN THE AWARD LETTER; SUBMIT THE APPLICATION REQUESTING THE FUNDS; PROVIDED IT IS IN SUBSTANTIALLY THE SAME FORM AS THE DRAFT PROVIDED HEREIN, AND DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RESERVE AND RECEIVE THE CMP FUNDS.

Proposed agreement with Tehachapi Unified School District (TUSD) to replace a 2000 International school bus utilizing AB 923 funding pursuant to the Lower-Emission School Bus Program (LESBP) – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 11-001-2021 WITH TUSD FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW SCHOOL BUS.

7-CA)
Proposed agreement with Kernville Unified School District (KUSD) to replace a 1992 Thomas school bus utilizing AB 923 funding pursuant to the Lower-Emission School Bus Program (LESBP) – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 11-002-2021 WITH KUSD FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW SCHOOL BUS.

8-CA)
