California Air Resources Board (CARB) Carl Moyer Program (CMP) Year 23 State Reserve Funds – ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2021-002-07 REQUESTING $50,000 IN CARL MOYER PROGRAM YEAR 23 STATE RESERVE FUNDS; AUTHORIZE THE APCO TO SIGN THE GRANT AGREEMENT, AND DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RESERVE THE CMP YEAR 23 RESERVE FUNDS.
