Proposed Agreement #1 with Hafenfeld Ranch, LLC utilizing FARMER Program Grant Funds for tractor replacement – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 01-001-2019 WITH HAFENFELD RANCH, LLC.

Proposed Agreement with Econo Air, Inc to provide services for the wood stove replacement program utilizing Woodsmoke Reduction Grant Funds– APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 01-004-2019 WITH ECONO AIR, INC.

Proposed Agreement with Tehachapi Unified School District to provide $110,000 from AB134 funds for a new school bus – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO 01-005-2019 WITH TEHACHAPI UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT.

Proposed Agreement with The Heat Source to provide services for the wood stove replacement program utilizing Woodsmoke Reduction Grant Funds – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 01-006-2019 WITH THE HEAT SOURCE.
