Proposed Agreement with Antelope Valley Dust Control Group for regional dust control planning and mitigation measures in the Fremont Valley area – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 01-001-2021 WITH ANTELOPE VALLEY DUST CONTROL GROUP.
