Hearing to Consider Adopting Reasonable Available Control Technology State Implementation Plan – OPEN HEARING, RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT, CLOSE HEARING AND ADOPT RESOLUTION APPROVING DOCUMENT ENTITLED “EASTERN KERN AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT, REASONABLE AVAILABLE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY (RACT) STATE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SIP)”; DIRECT STAFF TO SUBMIT THIS DOUMENTATION TO THE CALIFORNIA AIR RESOURCES BOARD (CARB) AND REQUEST CARB TO SUBMIT IT TO THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY AS A SIP AMENDMENT.

Sub-Recipient Agreement from California Air Pollution Control Officers Association for the District to receive PM2.5 103 Grant Funds - AUTHORIZE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER (APCO) TO SIGN A SUB-RECIPIENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, AND AUTHORIZE THE APCO TO DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE FUNDS FROM THE PM2.5 103 MONITORING PROGRAM.
