Hearing for adoption of 2017 Ozone Attainment Plan for 2008 Federal 75 ppb 8-Hours Ozone Standard – OPEN HEARING, RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT, CLOSE HEARING AND ADOPT RESOLUTION APPROVING DOCUMENT ENTITLED “EASTERN KERN AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT, 2017 OZONE ATTAINMENT PLAN FOR 2008 FEDERAL 75 PPB 8-HOUR OZONE STANDARD, DIRECT STAFF TO SUBMIT THIS DOCUMENTATION TO THE CALIFORNIA AIR RESOURCES BOARD (ARB) AND REQUEST ARB TO SUBMIT IT TO THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY.
